What is Mediterraneo®?

It's the result of a project born 30 years ago and based on the desire to bring to the consumer a unique fruit juice, pillar of the Mediterranean diet, which blesses the consumer with health benefits, incomparable for the human being.

The management of this project rests on somebody who above all is an olive farmer, a graduate in industrial chemicals and specialised with the most prestigeous postgraduates in this sector such as that of High specialisation in Oils of CSIC of Seville and the title of expert in virgin olive oil tasting of the UJA.

In some cases, and without heating excessively, to prepare a dish, lightly fried or scrambled, a fried egg or drizzle and roast meat or fish. Bearing in mind that the best use will be in salads, toasts, and diverse dressings.
